Control Panel is a web platform where you can completely manage any facility, whatever your business.
It allows you to make payments, reports and bookings, manage users, operate with tariffs, control expenses, monitor movements and supplies, control capacity, manage user licenses and a long list of tasks in any field of facilities or events management.
This platform enables access for both Operators and Users, permitting different profile options according to the person accessing the system. For example, if a User logs in, Control Panel shows the private information about this user available in the system and their movements in the facilities. If an Operator logs in, the platform shows them administration options about their facility and the clients’ information depending on the access level.
Our Control Panel is designed to control multiple facilities and management by levels. Thereby, the platform has four general access levels: Distribution, Management, Installation and User. According to the profile, you can control your own equipment and lower level equipment. You can also extract information for all levels. This system permits any adjustment change at any level, like changing tariffs or creating multi-installation groups where you can change hundreds of parameters of both users and facilities by a single click.
Our system can be customized, both in parameters and appearance. This allows Control Panel to show the corporate identity of distributors or facilities, even linked from your own webpage.
It allows the connection an infinity of machines, devices and systems. Control Panel has some communication APIs that allow information transference between these points. We have integrated several machines, but we are open to completing our catalogue by adding new functionalities to the platform. You can contact us if you want us to adapt your equipment.
You can login to Control Panel from our APP. With it, users can have access to several characteristics that operators want to provide for them, such as making payments or bookings. In addition, with this APP you can manage reports, statistics and guides for users. Inside it, you can find our system Where have I parked? that allows you to locate the point where you have parked your vehicle. You can also find our other system called Indoor maps that guides users to their point of destination with graphic navigation, step by step, showing turns, stairs, lifts… (for example, you can use it to search for a store inside a shopping mall).

Inside the visitor managing module you can create a visitor schedule, manage the credentials for this kind of users or control their access authorization to different areas.
Control Panel allows integration with access control, video surveillance, attendance control, parking lot, bookings, round control and also manages connected devices like air-conditioning, irrigation, illumination and others on the same platform.
You can know the state of several facilities from anywhere. This allows the centralization of human resources in one point. Apart from this, thanks to the IP Intercom you can communicate with any equipment.
In a parking lot, Control Panel manages occupancy, books parking spaces, controls access to the facility, registers images from surveillance cameras, detect license plates and controls collection among other tasks.
Moreover, it is possible to create user profiles in which you can assign different modules or fields of the system.
With this platform, you can receive warnings in case of lack of paper or breakdowns. In addition, Control Panel allows you to check cashier and ATM collection, knowing how much has been collected. You can also know how much money the ATM contains and if there is a need to refeel.
You can control either a small parking lot or several facilities in the same platform. Control Panel can link operators to one or more installations and create specific tariffs for each facility or the same tariff for all.
In addition, we integrate in the same platform the control of parking guidance systems, signals of occupancy, information panels and other elements related with the activity.
One of the most important features in Control Panel is the ticketing sales in enclosures of events and shows. This platform allows, in a simple and intuitive way, to make bookings and sale tickets by different methods (APP, website, ATMs or directly by operators).
Other remarkable feature in our platform is the booking system. It permits different types of bookings like parking spaces or show tickets. This bookings can be done on the website, the APP or by hand by the operators.
Indoor maps are integrated into Control Panel so if you install appropriate sensors, the system can guide users in any facility, outdoors and undergrounds included. This app guides a user to his seat or to an specific area by following instructions on their mobile phone.
Control Panel is a comprehensive managing system so the facilities with parking lots can manage it on the same platform than the rest of their activity. This way, you can allow users to pay their stay in the parking lot with the show ticket or separately. In addition, if an user has made a booking and or has a ticket for the show, can be used it as a credential for the parking access.
You can integrate all access control devices in Control Panel. This option allows you to know in every moment the state of capacity as well as restricting access to private areas.

Surveillance cameras can show, check and record images from Control Panel given its multi facility mode feature, you can see multiple cameras at the same time and you can search for people or vehicles in these images, in real time or in records.
